The status display will be in red colour.
Error message, error code (E...), cause and remedy are described as text.

Error messages displayed on the LED display with seven segments

An error code (E...) is displayed.

The pump is not operational if an error has occurred. If the pump identifies as part of permanent monitoring that the cause of the error no longer applies, the error message is revoked and operation resumes.

If an error message is output, the display is permanently on and the green LED indicator is off.

402	Undervoltage	Power supply is too low.	Check power supply.
402	Additional information about causes and remedy: Operation cannot be maintained. Possible causes: 1. Mains overloaded. 2. Pump has been connected to incorrect power supply. 3. Three-phase network is asymmetrically loaded due to unevenly activated 1-phase consumer load.
403	Overvoltage	Power supply is too high.	Check power supply.
403	Additional information about causes and remedy: Operation cannot be maintained. Possible causes: 1. Pump has been connected to incorrect power supply. 2. Three-phase network is asymmetrically loaded due to uneven 1-phase consumer load.
404	Pump blocked.	Mechanical influence is inhibiting the rotation of the pump shaft.	Check free movement of rotating parts in the pump head and motor. Remove deposits and foreign substances.
404	Additional information about causes and remedy: In addition to deposits and foreign bodies in the system, the pump shaft can also be tilted and blocked by heavy bearing wear.
405	Control module too hot.	Permissible temperature of the control module exceeded.	Ensure permissible ambient temperature. Improve room ventilation.
405	Additional information about causes and remedy: Adhere to permissible installation position and minimum distance from insulation and system components to ensure sufficient ventilation.
406	Motor too hot.	Permissible motor temperature is exceeded.	Ensure permissible ambient and fluid temperature. Guarantee motor cooling with unobstructed air circulation.
406	Additional information about causes and remedy: Adhere to permissible installation position and minimum distance from insulation and system components to ensure sufficient ventilation.
407	Connection between motor and module interrupted.	Electrical connection between motor and module faulty.	Check the motor module connection.
407	Additional information about causes and remedy: Dismantle the control module to check the contacts between module and motor.
408	There is flow through the pump in the opposite direction of flow.	External influences cause flow against the direction of the pump’s flow.	Check power control of the pumps, install non-return valve if needed.
408	Additional information about causes and remedy: If flow passing through pump in the opposite direction is too strong, the motor can no longer start.
409	Incomplete software update.	The software update was not completed.	Software update with a new software bundle is required.
409	Additional information about causes and remedy: The pump can work only once the software update has been completed.
410	Voltage analogue input overloaded.	Voltage analogue input short-circuited or too heavily loaded.	Check line and consumers connected to power supply of analogue input for short-circuit.
410	Additional information about causes and remedy: The fault impairs the binary inputs. EXT. OFF is set. The pump is stationary.
420	Motor or control module faulty.	Motor or control module faulty.	Replace motor and/or control module.
420	Additional information about causes and remedy: The pump cannot determine which of the two components is faulty. Contact service.
421	Control module faulty.	Control module faulty.	Replace the control module.
421	Additional information about causes and remedy: Contact service.
449	Motor errors	The pump is determining the exact cause of the fault.	The pump provides information after few seconds about the cause of fault and suitable countermeasures.
449	Additional information about causes and remedy: Motor error stops the pump. The cause of the fault is checked within few seconds.
