Install threaded pipe union pump

  • Wear protective gloves.

Installation steps

1. Install suitable threaded pipe unions.

2. Close the shut-off devices in front of and behind the pump.

3. Insert the pump into the pipe together with the supplied flat gaskets. Observe direction of flow! The arrow-shaped flow indicator on the pump housing must point in the direction of flow.

4. Screw together the pump with the union nuts. To do so, use a pipe wrench to hold it up against the pump housing.

5. Open the shut-off devices in front of and behind the pump.

6. Check impermeability.
